Deleting users you've just invited
In order to delete a team member that you've just invited, mouse over their email and click on the little bin icon.
Deleting existing business users
If you need to delete a team member who already joined your company account, click on the delete icon in front of the team member's name.
Enable or disable a team member's account
If you want to temporarily suspend access without permanently deleting the account, especially in cases of leave or inactivity, you can enable or disable a team member’s access to the platform.
To do so:
Go to the team members list
Click the small settings icon next to the relevant member
Change the status of their account
When an account is disabled, the user can no longer log in and will see a custom page with a message such as: “Please contact your administrator.”
