Changing the sender's name for emails
• Head over to your company's settings
• Add the sender's name you want to use in the field called Emails sent by
• Enter the sender's name you'd like to use, such as your company name for example. Eg. Totalica
Editing the SMS Sender's name
💡 Note that the SMS sender name is limited to 10 characters.
By default, any SMS notification sent to your recipients will be using Clst as a sender name.
Click on your Profile picture>Set up this team >Branding to edit your SMS sender name.
