This article is intended for users who have difficulty connecting to Google Drive.

If you have already logged in to Google Drive, log out and log in again by following the steps below.

To connect your account to Google Drive, you need to :

1/ Connect to Clustdoc using the URL https://app.clustdoc.com . If you are connected with your custom domain (ex: portal.mydomain.com), it is important to connect with the url above while the connection is being set up.

2/ On the login screen, connect to your Google account. If you encounter a warning screen mentioning the [email protected] account, don't worry. Google is in the process of revalidating our integration, and during this process, the screen below will appear.

Simply click on the "Advanced" button and continue. Your information will be securely uploaded.

3/ Once you've logged in, you can use Google drive in total security.
