The 2 types of control

  1. Automatic control

This type allows you to use Clustdoc’s conditional rules. It is an automatic check based on the data of your application.

You can create a control based on:

  • The status of an item

  • The status of the application

  • The progress of the application

  • The value of a form field

  • A global information field

  • A custom expression

  • The value of company information

    • If your process includes a Company verification step, you can use the data retrieved during this verification to create your checks. These values come directly from the company verification report.

2. Manual control

This type of check allows you to add a control that must be manually verified by a member of your team.

You must add:

  • A title

  • Instructions

Example : Verify the identity documents and confirm the phone number.

This check will not be automatic and must be validated manually.
