Resetting your password when logged out
If you cannot log back into your Clustdoc account, from this page, click on 'Forgot your password?' to receive a reset link.
Make sure you use your Clustdoc email address if you want to receive this email.
Updating your password while logged in
Once logged in, click on your Profile picture>Set up Profile>Password to update your current password.
Recovering your user email ID (Owner of the Account)
If you can't remember your user email ID, ask anyone from your Clustdoc team to go to this page from their personal account to tell you which email ID you used to log in to Clustdoc. Your email will be listed there.
Recovering your user email ID (Regular business user)
If you can't remember your user email ID, the owner of your account will be able to tell you what is your Clustdoc user email ID by checking the list of invited users on this page.
