At Clustdoc, business users can activate the 2-factor authentication from their admin interface to add an extra layer of protection to their account.
This can also be done by your contacts (clients or applicants).
Why is 2-step verification so important?
With the 2-factor authentication, anyone trying to access your protected information would not only need to have one of your devices but also know the required code to have access.
How can your end-users set up the 2FA on their applications?
Please note that the end-users 2FA can only be implemented by your contacts. Send these instructions to them.
In order to activate the 2FA, end-users must access one of their live application's profile tab and configure the 2FA to receive a verification code when they want to log on to their end-user's interface.
- Log on to your online interface
- Go to the profile tab
- Click on 'Enable' in the 2FA section
- Enter the code received via email to confirm
- A code will be sent to your registered email each time you need to login
